Visitors travelling from countries on the Dutch government's "safe list" are welcome in the Netherlands. Some travellers will be required to present a negative COVID-19 test result when travelling to the Netherlands and quarantine on arrival. Currently, most restrictions have been lifted and locations are open for events, as long as at all times, a 1.5 meters distance is observed. (see https://www.iamsterdam.com/). Wearing masks in public transport is mandatory.
