Based on a Knowledge Graph ZEISS Microscopy provides concise information to field service engineers helping them to shorten the mean time of repair. To provide concise information to a field service engineer (FSE) help him to shorten the mean time of repair. Concise means, that this information has to be so closely connected to the customer product and the reported issue as possible supporting the FSE in having the needed spare parts prepared and giving him the instructions for exchange. At ZEISS Microscopy a Knowledge Graphs is the base for presenting the information in a service portal and controlling access.
