This workshop presents an overview of how RDF and Linked Data are reshaping the field of asset information management. The perennial problems in this domain — such as high volumes of data being exchanged by many different parties, and the great variety of specialisms involved, each with their own vocabulary — require a new approach. The presenters are from different backgrounds and will cover topics ranging from developments in standardisation to deploying working solutions.
